I would never, ever condone this sort of driving on the public road. But there’s something so utterly committed to being this stupid that makes your jaw drop. Imagine being the poor bloke in the car he’s barrelling toward? You would, to be blunt, probably flinch hard enough to pucker the car seats.

Well, in winter you are suppose to drive like that, if you have non-esp rear wheel driven car. It is the only way to drive around Finland in the mid winter. It is a basic driving skill you need here.
On dry summer weather, you just need more power and speed. That is the only difference. And too much speed can be stupid – or fun?
